Welcome to Parkway Inn

Parkway Inn in Eugene, Oregon, offers a refreshing blend of simplicity and comfort for travelers seeking an affordable yet welcoming stay. Nestled at 568 W 7th Ave, this family-owned inn boasts a solid 3.9 rating, reflecting a largely positive guest experience. Visitors will find the rooms to be notably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable memory foam beds that invite restful sleep after a day exploring the nearby Hult Center for the Performing Arts or the McDonald Theatre.

Despite its modest façade, Parkway Inn excels in delivering essential amenities such as free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, air conditioning, and in-room conveniences including a fridge and microwave. The absence of a coffee pot and fitness center might be felt by some, but these omissions do little to detract from the overall comfort. Reviews consistently praise the friendly, attentive staff who treat guests like family, enhancing the stay with personalized service—from assisting with directions to ensuring rooms are meticulously cleaned.

The location can be a double-edged sword; while it is conveniently close to downtown and major highways, some guests mention the surrounding neighborhood’s eclectic character and occasional road noise. Yet, this laid-back area offers easy access to tree-lined parks and vibrant cultural venues, which enrich the visitor’s experience beyond the inn’s walls.

In essence, Parkway Inn stands out as a trustworthy, unpretentious choice for travelers valuing cleanliness, comfort, and warm hospitality over luxury. It strikes a delicate balance between practicality and charm, making it especially suitable for those who appreciate a family-run atmosphere and straightforward accommodations. For anyone looking to immerse themselves in Eugene’s artistic and natural offerings without breaking the bank, Parkway Inn presents a compelling option.

Location is t the greatest, surrounding areas have many interesting individuals wandering around and lots of tagging on/in back alley. Motel itself was clean, decent size room, walls are thinner. AC worked well. Memory foam mattress on bed. Shower head worked great! Service animals are allowed, with no fees. TV fully functional and room had fridge, microwave. NO coffee pot Would stay again, price was reasonable, right in downtown area!

The rooms are how do I say uumm…clean! Tidy! Roomy! There’s a kitchenette in each one and a little dining area so for todays buck & although it’s a old building and so there’s some natural wear & tear and a nice worn in look yet the place is clean and the family are friendly and accommodating and it’s right near Junction city’s busy intersection or close to ONLY intersection so you have the option to walk or ride a bike if driving seems unnecessary, which is mostly the case because currently there’s not much more than one strip of businesses in good ole JC!

This family owned inn has a great location directly off of the highways and very friendly staff. The room was very clean, the shower was with strong hot water pressure, the bed was warm, and the the mini fridge was very effective. They cleaned my room very thoroughly while I was gone at my conference. I only stayed 2 nights and they were kind to me my entire stay. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown area and maybe 5 minutes to the Holt Center. Thank you, Parkway Inn. :)

This place seems to be family operated. Everyone that worked here was so nice. The gentleman that checked me in was very accommodating. I felt very taken care of. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had a fridge and a microwave and coffee maker. The location is close to everything. Yes it's close to the road so you do get some road noise but it was nothing that was going to keep you up at night. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Eugene.

I am actually still laying in the bed (which is super comfy by the way) of my hotel room (112) writing this review. This stay was surprisingly great since some people had bad reviews. Staff was super friendly, even printed us to and from directions to the stadium, helped us without asking when we struggled with our room keys, room is like exceptionally clean, and just really enjoyed our stay.

Not gonna lie. I pulled un and thought ummmmm..... however. I was more than surprised. Cleaner than other high end hotels. The room was immaculate. I mean squeaky clean even under the mirror and surrounding walls where it normally is dirty with toothpaste was clean. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows. The shower and curtain both clean. Headboards and lamps clean. Location is perfect and easy to get to. Nice neighborhood and loved the art in the ally. Thank you for your suggestions for dinner. We found a newer restaurant called Abilities a few blocks away who hire those with disabilities to work. I recommend the cob salad and wings. Delicious food. The peanut butter cup desert was super rich but good.

This may be the best affordably priced hotel I've been to. No complaints, and the family who run it are very personable and helpful.
